Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated boxes are made up of corrugated paperboard that contains rows of air columns. The columns make the paper stronger than average cardboard with the air acting as a cushion for any items inside of them. The ridges inside offer strength and flexibility, as usually intended in packaging. These boxes are known to be eco-friendly because they are biodegradable and made of recycled boxes.

What is a corrugated box?
when a flute paper which is made by compressing the Kraft containerboard in the shape of S arch and then sandwiched between the linear board with the help of the adhesive. This sheet is called a corrugated sheet and the box made out of it are called corrugated box.
Coming to Corrugated Boxes, also known as, Corrugated Cardboard Cartons, we are manufacturing packaging boxes as per customers requirements. But broadly, it can be bunched into certain types of corrugated boxes. Those are 3 ply corrugated box, 5 ply corrugated box, die cut box, custom printed corrugated box, white boxes and multi depth box.
Shipping FAQs
Majority of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 5 working days of your order. For custom printed orders, once we receive your written approval of the artwork, it will take an additional 3 working days for printing. Orders above Rs. 3000 will be shipped free of cost. For orders below Rs. 3000, a nominal fee of Rs. 99 would be applied.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. Alternatively, you can also login and visit the ‘My Account' section to know your order status. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.
Remote Location Delivery:
A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote (ODA). ODA is defined as PIN codes or a suburb/town that are distant, hard to access or infrequently served by major carriers. The delivery times for these ODA locations are significantly longer and additional charges are applicable per shipment. You will be explicitly advised about these charges and delivery estimate at the time of checkout if your delivery location falls in this category.
International Delivery:
Right now, we do not deliver internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as the mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.
GST Invoice
We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, please email us and we will send out a soft copy.

As mentioned above, we ship most items within 5 working days of the order (except custom printed orders). However, in some cases, it may take us longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to manufacture or procure some of the items from our other warehouses. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order within 10 working days, we will cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.
In such a case, your payment against the unshipped part of the order will be refunded, in the manner, you have made the payment.We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.If your order has multiple items, these may ship separately from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive a separate email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email us at Rollpack7@gmail.com mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax laws:

Refund & Return Policy
Customers are required to peruse and understand the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms contained in our Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using Roll Pack. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of Product(s) on Roll Pack.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within a few hours of the order being placed. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfilment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.
To return a product ordered from Roll Pack, just follow the below procedure:
We offer you hassle-free Returns. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, within 7 days of shipment receipt, for a full refund (less courier/shipping charges).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the material back to us and we will issue a full refund (less courier/shipping charges) upon receipt of material & quality check. When you return a product, please email us the reason and we will send you an RMA number and address where to return the product. Please place the item along with the with RMA number, original invoice into secure packaging, and ship it back to the address given in the email you received. Rest assured, we will refund the full cost of the returned item, fewer courier charges. This policy does not apply to custom printed orders. Custom printed orders are non-returnable.
Please do not return the product to the same courier person who delivers the order. An RMA number is compulsory to process returns. The same can be generated by sending us an email. To avoid any confusion or delays, our logistics partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.
If you receive a damaged item from Roll Pack:
We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on Roll Pack was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at Rollpack7@gmail.com within 4 hours of material receipt along with multiple photographs of the unopened package illustrating the damage. We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and material received back to us, replacements will be sent out to you.
Timeline and mode of refund:
Approved refunds are credited within 7-10 working days to the same payment option(s) originally used to make payment while placing the order
